Wouldn't surprise me about the techs PPM. Management seems to make it a habit to sink as low as they can! And, yes, the union most certainly knows about this! It's become routine for them to continually throw sales consultants under the bus! It's frustrating! Especially since mass markets only makes up 9% of the company; however we generate 45% of ENTIRE companys income! |
