I was going to be surplussed. My heart wasn't in the job for the time being. We didn't have any cable repairs in the load in Tucson. Now my QJD is going to be about a 1.5 for the last 7 weeks of stress. Any suggestions? Thanks

I would seriously seriously think about taking advantage of Pathways to further your knowledge or skills or to learn a whole new career.

Take a steward to your QJD meeting.  Do your best every day going forward. Keep a journal.  Ask for training and mentoring, keep track of what training and mentoring you get.  Don't sign anything.

!tucsontek,if they did not have any work in your skill set,and you let your mgr know, can they really hold you accountable for numbers?i am sure you could have had a tkt made to rehab a term or ped that is on its backside,oh wait i forgot our plant is perfect and those tkts will count against you anyway!seriously though listen to the other posts on this board,i have been keeping a journal for about 4 years now, cumbersome, yes, but i can substantiate any piece of work that i have touched in that time period.if nothing else,if another tech asks you,Hey do you know anything about this particular section, you might be able to help him/her out.progressive thinking i know, but what the heck.good luck w/everything,always remember to ask for documentation, make sure you understand what it is you are being asked about, and take NOTHING at face value!
