Just curious - I got the CWA newsletter and it says in the new contract there is language regarding the importance of front line employees and how the company was going to treat them with respect. Where is this? Am I missing something? Or is this in reference to organization specific things and not just overall ie ALL employees in ALL organizations will be treated with respect.
