and what i just dont get is the language regarding specific organizations by the name ie coddington - now what will happen if they retire, move to another dept etc. or what if they split up the groups - where was the language in the contract to cover all possible scenarios?
i just dont get the respect part.
cwa was even boasting about the 4 year contract and they make it sound so glowing = modest increase in healthcare costs - yes unless you a retiree.
