If you don't have your own personal hard copy of the contract you won't be able to access it off hours from anywhere but a company computer.   Everyone should make a request for their own copy and read it cover to cover.  Use it, abide by it, grieve whenever necessary to insure compliance.  This isn't the first contract that wasn't widely distributed.  The company truly believes ignorance is bliss for them.  If you don't know you won't complain, you won't grieve.
