I was out of town over the holidays and just received the payment plan/coupon info from Qwest. So, that means I missed the payment due date (I'm sending the check today) but according to the info, by missing the payment due date, I will be removed from the plan and will not be able to reapply for one year. (Yikes, this means NO INSURANCE!)
Does anyone have info about this? I have been trying to call them for days but keep getting disconnected (they tell you in advance that you will be disconnected due to high call volumes). I have half a notion to call the state insurance board to make a complaint..... |
