After waiting on hold for one hour, I have good news! Shocking, isn't it? I mis-read the 'mice-type' on the info packet they sent out and I am not canceled!

So, to anyone who gets their payment in late: you have till the end of the month (postmarked last day of the month) to get it in for that month. For example, for January, it will be accepted up till the last day as long as it's postmarked on or before January 31.

Whew! I barely slept last night worrying over this. I will say it should be a crime to make people wait on lengthy hold like this or worse yet, make you go through an extensive menu and listen to messages that have nothing to do with your situation then DISCONNECT you because "the call volume is too heavy".

But, of course they warned me that they 'might' disconnect me due to the heavy volume of calls.....
