You could call any local office, Portland should be able to provide the same help.  There is always the go-to lady, Carla Floyd.  She's the union guru on health care benefits, benefit cases, etc.  Carla has always been a treasure trove of information and help when needed.  Tenacious as well.  She's out of the Portland local, but handles things for Washington and Oregon both.  Best of luck.  I'm still slogging away thru my issues and keeping my fingers crossed.  Got to love this mess..... not.  Later, pnb
