My Faith? Christ died for the sins of the world and built his Church, which is the Kingdom of God. At Christ's second coming, he will execute the final judgement.

What do you believe in: The kingdom has came; The pre-millennium; Millennium; or Tribulation? Rev.20:1-7 What is the thousand year period? The rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished? Who are those people that lived and reigned for a thousand years before the rest of the dead lived?

Thelma

In Rev.20:1 John saw and angel come down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit [abyss] and a great chain in his hand. In Rev.1:18 Ever who this man was that lived and died and lived again is the same one in Rev.20:1 with the keys. This man defeated the devil when he died. And he was the first resurrection! Matt.27: 52&53 after Christ's resurrection many bodies of the saints arose which had slept. In Rev.20:5 there were some that was dead and lived not again until after the first resurrection. You think this could be the same people Matt.27:52 & 53 was talking about? Heb11:39 tells us of many of those who reigned with Christ and died receiving not the promise. (These were the people who lived by faith before the law). Since Christ was the first resurrection we can't look at the thousand years in Revelation 20, as a literal thousand years, it doesn't add up! All those who were faithful until death were promised life through Christ. Even to those who died before Christ! But, they couldn't have life until Christ raised from the dead! Therefore they were given life and anyone who will obey Christ after his resurrection has life. Jesus said that who-so-will eat of his flesh and drink his blood, has eternal life and he will raise them up in the last day. Eze.39:17; Mic.3:3; and John. 6:51. The kingdom is here my friends and Christ is the head, and he will give all authority back to his Father, when he comes again. 1Cr 15:24 Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. Christ is not going to come back to reign on this earth again. We are being judged of the things we do in this life and at Christ's coming he will execute the final judgement. 1Thess.4:13-18; 1Cor.15; Rev.20:11-15

Thelma my sister I resent your inference that I did this study on the internet - for your information I stayed up all night searching and seeking these sscriptures for you - for I truly felt in my heart that you are looking for the Words of Father, but I have now come to the conclusion that all you wish to do is play who is more knowlegible in scripture for all you do is quote and quote you never go to the prayer board and offer prayer you never even offer a word of encouregement to those who are hurting and so my dear sister in Christ I cannot and will not play this game with you.. If You as you say can research anything on the internet then please feel free to do so. Your Sister In Christ Jesus Love Linda

Hi Linda,

Sorry, I got you and Dibbie mixed up concerning the internet search.

I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, I search the scriptures to prove my faith in the scriptures. I don't call anyone my sister or brother in Christ unless they have that faith, that the apostles taught. I didn't come in here to take of your faith! I came in here to study with you, to carrier on conversations that will build our faith in the scriptures! I appreciate you looking up scriptures for me and I know it takes a long time to put a good message on the board. But, I was trying to get to know "you", your thought on the "subject", what your faith in the subject is.

But, I am disappointed too, you claim you follow Christ, but don't want to discuss your faith. I am not playing with the scriptures, the only way we know are brothers and sisters in Christ, is to contend for our faith through the scriptures. That's how we try the spirits, to see if they are of the faith. My prayer for you "Linda and anyone else who doesn't study, to prove their self", is that: you study the Bible and be able to prove yourself in the word of God. I don't need to go in your prayer room to say a prayer.

Why was the name "DUST ON THE BIBLE" given to this board? When no one believes in studying and searching the scriptures and contending for their faith? Are you a shamed of your faith? Can you prove your faith by the scriptures? The Bible says to search as searching for a hidden treasure. I posted my thought on the subject, with scriptures to prove my thought. So, what is your thought on the subject Rev.20:1-10 does the scriptures you looked up, prove my thought wrong! There are a lot of controversy on this subject, that is why, I posted this subject. They all can't be right!

Love Thelma

Hi Linda,

I wanted you to know I read the chapters you looked up, and I too stayed up all night reading. I hope everyone on the board has read the chapters of the Bible you have given. It took some time, but it has refreshed my mind and I still stand, that the kingdom has came already. Now, how do you stand on the kingdom? Since you put Matt.24 on the list, I would suspect you believe it is yet to come, am I right. I would like to discuss Matt.24 with you, and we can do this in your mail box if you wish. But, take your time, I know it is hard to study and work out side the home.

Love Thelma

Blessings Thelma Linda Is ill and I will attempt to answer your questions for you. my reply will be in red that way you will know it is from me.

Hi Linda,

Sorry, I got you and Dibbie mixed up concerning the internet search.

I don't call anyone my sister or brother in Christ unless they have that faith, that the apostles taught. I didn't come in here to take of your faith! But, I was trying to get to know "you", your thought on the "subject", what your faith in the subject is.

Thelma if you wish to have conversations then let there be one, a give and a take of emotions and caring the meaning of the heart as to what the words have meant to each other.. And if you choose to call no one brother or sister that is your choice But let us Not just be tossing out Scripture after Scripture even Samaritans could do that

But, I am disappointed too, you claim you follow Christ, but don't want to discuss your faith. I am not playing with the scriptures, the only way we know are brothers and sisters in Christ, is to contend for our faith through the scriptures. That's how we try the spirits, to see if they are of the faith. Thelma No one ever needs to prove their faith to anyone but the Creator.  And to insinuate that others do not study is totally dis-respectfully -- no one has ever been dis-respectful to you why are you? And No you do not need to enter as you call it Our prayer room -- that room is for any member in need or asking or hurting. Again please do not be dis-respectful

As to why the name is Dust On The Bible is because I am the owner of the site and the group and it was started because I had searched and searched for the truth and found that BIBLE thumping Preachers-Ministers-and Rabbies-as well as Priests just wanted me to believe what they told me was true, and when I questioned they tossed one scripture after another at me.. Hence in my search I found many others who believed and Loved and choose to follow the path Father set before them --not someone who quoted scripture, again Thelma I ask you to be respectful of other members here, there is no one here who is ashamed of their Faith  We have many Denominations and there is no need to be insulting to any or dis-respectful to any.

So, what is your thought on the subject Rev.20:1-10 does the scriptures you looked up, prove my thought wrong! There are a lot of controversy on this subject, that is why, I posted this subject. They all can't be right!

Love Thelma

Thelma you did not post your thoughts on this subject you posted Scripture there is a difference.. I know many members and management would love to talk with you about your thoughts and emotions but I know of none who will toss scripture after scripture.  I for one would love to chat with you about my path and your path.

Love Barbara Jean ( Dove )

Hi Barb,

Sorry that Linda is sick, I read Pats message about Linda, I wasn't sure if she was talking about the same Linda "SaltnPepper" my thought is with her and hope she has a speedy recovery.

You said:

Barb, If you want to talk about your path and mind thats find, but if you want to prove your faith and talk Bible. Give me scriptures, because if you can't prove it by the word of God "its not there" 1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Everyone has feelings, they just don't talk about it all the time.

Thelma

I join this board thinking it was a board to discuss the Bible. I understand there are different faiths on this board. Which is a very good reason the Bible should be discuss on this board. Because there is only One faith that the Bible talks about. I can't stay a member of this group and not use scriptures. I am sure there are a lot of good people with feelings in this group. But, the bible is not about one's feelings, but it is about saving one's soul.

There's an old saying, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. So, instead of throwing scriptures at you, that you don't want to here, I am un-joining my membership.

Studying and searching the Bible is the only way you will find that ONE faith in Christ. I hope you study to prove your self a workmen that need not to be a shamed rightly dividing the word of God.

Love Thelma      for putting up with me.
