Peace That Passes Understanding By : Stanley Moore Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
I'm not careful for anything; I cast my worries on the Lord.
I know there's nothing He can't do or a thing He can't afford.
I just pray and thank God for what I need, and then I rest assured.
That He'll watch over and take care of me like He said in His Word.
Worry defeats faith in God, and is a tool that's used by Satan.
I won't worry, but I make requests known to God through my supplication.
When it looks like time to worry or when things start to fall apart,
I don't fret but let the peace of God rule in my mind and heart.
