The road that we must walk to fulfill our goals can seem long and hard, leading to feelings of discouragement. But each of us, through nothing more than simple thoughts, has in the past attracted certain people, certain things, and certain blessings to ourselves. In this way, we have manifested our desires unconsciously. It is easy to feel undeserving, to feel there is no reason to believe the universe would grant your wishes, but this is simply untrue. You, like everything you see and experience, are made of vibrational energy, and this energy has the power to attract and repel other forms of energy. By asserting yourself to the universe, by visualizing what you want, thinking positively, setting goals, and being willing to accept what the universe will grant you, you can achieve your soul's desire through conscious manifestation.

The first step is merely knowing you are unconditionally worthy of love, attention, and prosperity. Find a time to be quiet, to breathe deeply, and let go of past experiences before affirming that you are, from here on, going to create the life you want. Clearly state, out loud, your deep desires and goals, be they for love or money or health. Then visualize the desire as if it has already been achieved. See and hear yourself, see and smell your surroundings. Embrace the feelings your visualization inspires and know that those feelings constitute your core values. When you have discovered your core value, project positive energy to it and then release it outward. Don't reject the idea of asking for help or guidance from a spirit guide, a goddess, or angels. The final step is trusting that your manifestation will reap great rewards.

Manifestation can also be achieved through conscious, focused prayer and targeted meditation because all that we create for ourselves was first created in thought form, as pure energy. But be sure to remain open. If it feels as if a part of your core value eludes you, it may be that you're unconsciously resisting it. You must always allow yourself to receive the abundance, love, and happiness that was meant for you.
