Hi,
Thank you one and all for your prayers. It is nice to know that you are all there when I can't find the words or even pray at times. This has been one of those times. I wanted to get an update to you as soon as possible.
I brought Seth to the doctor at 11:45am. We couldn't see his regular doctor as he is on vacation. We saw the other doctor in there. She looked at his eye and thinks that it is a sty, but cannot tell for sure until it goes away. It could be 2-6 weeks before that happens, but at least if it goes away in that time then we will know that it is a sty because the JXG can take many years to go away. He has had a sty before and it looked much different than this one, but it was more toward the outside of the lid...this is pretty far in....and on the inside.
Her feeling was sty, so we will go with that. I will apply warm compresses a few times a day and unless it really bothers him and he starts rubbing it we will not do any ointment. It is a wait and see thing, which we should be used to with Seth.
Well I thank you for your continued prayers for Seth and our family. He meets with his feeding specialist a week from Thursday....and hopefully she can give us some helpful words to get him to eat. We will see.
Thank you so much for your faithfulness.
