This reciepe is a family favorite side dish. It is NOT low cal, but it doesn't effect my blood sugar much so I make it about twice a month. Even if you don't like broccoli you will like this one.
375 degrees
1 10oz package of frozen CHOPPED broccoli
1 can of cream of celery soup (I have used cream of mushroom and cream of chicken in a pinch)
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
1 cup of mayo (I use about 1/2 cup)
bread crumbs for topping (this can be ommitted with no problem)
