1 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese 1/4 minced green pepper 1 T. catsup 1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. dry mustard mix yogrut and cottage cheese. stir in remaining ingredients. cover and chill 2 hrs to blend flavors. serve as a dip for crackers, chips, or raw veggies. or serve as dressing for lettuce wedge or green salad. |
