Ingredients
1 square unsweetened chocolate 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. liquid sweetner 1 pkg. vanilla or chocolate sugarfree pudding 8 tsps. finely chopped nuts
Procedure
melt chocolate square in top of double boiler; add evaporated milk. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla and sweetner. Spread on small foil pie pan or plate; chill and cut into 8 pieces. Form into egg shaped balls and roll lightly into pudding powder and/or chopped nuts. Yield: 8 pieces.
