Oreo Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

1 oreo pie crust  (use murray's s.f. oreo type cookies to make crust)
1 egg white, slightly beaten
3 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. equal, sweet n low, or your choice to be replaced for granular sugar
2/3 c. chunky peanut butter which I would use natural brand w/o sugar or corn syrup that is usually added to peanut butter
2 T. milk
2 c. light whipped topping
18 oreo cookie sandwiches, coarsely chopped (2 1/4 cups)
2 T. Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped and toasted

Procedure

Brush pie crust with some egg white; bake 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.  Cool completely.  Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl until creamy.  Add peanut butter and milk.  Beat until smooth about 2 minutes.  Fold in whipped topping and 1 3/4 c. chopped cookies.  Spread into pie shell and refrigerate over night.  Sprinkle pie with remainder chopped cookies and nuts to serve.

Receipe was replaced with sugar free items so it can be enjoyed.
