Peanut Butter Cereal Bars


Ingredients

3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 T. margarine
1/2 c. reduced fat peanut butter
3 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/3 c. mini semisweet choc chips

Procedure

Lightly coat 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine marshmallows andd margarine in large microwavable bowl.  Microwave at HIGH 15 seconds; stir.  Continue to microwave 1 minute; stir until mjarshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.  Add peanut butter; stir.  Add cereal andd oats; stir until well coated.  Spread into prepared pan.  Immediately sprinkle choc chips on top; lightly press.
 
Cool completely in pan.  Cut into 40 bars.
