a lady told me she accidentally pierced her thumb at the dentist office where she works, and the burr went thru her thumb, causing massive bleeding. 

 

I checked her transits, and found that her POF near the M/C had Uranus (retrograde), sitting on top of it, (same degree) and opposing  her Natal Sun

 

I suppose we should all  be cognizant of the Retrogrades, and more importantly, be extra vigilant or careful, when they oppose our Sun or Ascendent.....?
