Use this on astro.com:

method for adding in the  exact time of transits:

append to the URL:    &stx2=vshgmt=17.30

(where  17.30  is the time you want in UT or GMT) or if as an example only, 5:30 PM = 17:30

You need to work out  what the transit  time is in UT (or GMT)  and add that instead of the  17.30 I used in this example.

So, if someone dies at 5:30PM or 17:30, and your want to see the exact planetary alignment, at this particular time, around a Natal Chart, or for any other reason, use the above code amending the URL on astrodienst for your chart.

The directions to  do this are here:

I just did the natal chart of someone who died.
When I tried to change the url, I found that it's after you do the chart, you append it, as follows.

The only real changes is the Universal Time change, instead of midnight you can calculate the new UT to say , 8:30PM, using
8.5 (use decimals)instead.

that way you can see the Sun, and Moon position  at the exact time of the transit itself, instead of just the midnight UT of 00.00UT
