Last night I dreamed I was a guest in Bush's home in
Maine. I was in the attic, walking from room to room.
It was like the "House of the Seven Gables," with a
roof with a steep pitch, and gable windows you could
walk out of. I kept going out them, and there were cats
up on the roof. Bush kept pursuing me, trying to flirt
with me and to befriend me, which was odd, since I
am an opponent of him and his policies. He could
not be found in the attic with the gables. The house
was enormous, and very old-fashioned, I think Victorian.
I thought the attic and gables were cool, and I liked it
up there.
Maybe it means something like the "Higher Self," or
soul, to be up high in the rafters like that, with the cats.
Don't know. Maybe it means I am exploring the spiritual
side of self in a historic way. Bush may represent the one
who needs to "get into the attic," yet he cannot. He is too
low and dumb. But he means well, friendly to me like
a child, an age-mate, and doesn't know how in darkness
he is.
