I had some silly dreams last night that didn't make much sense.  First I saw my 2 sister-in-laws walking around in bikinis, high heels, gold jewelry, and all made up as though they just walked off of some rap video.  They were very in shape and tan.  And I kept telling them how impressed I was with how great they looked and how I have to start doing something about myself.  Then I was crying about my husband disappearing, he left and went somewhere and I didn't know where. And I kept hearing the word "cougar" and telling myself this was a clue.  Not to forget "cougar".  On a recommendation from someone, my husband and I went to see the movie "Borat"  he was not at all impressed and found the movie too silly.  I don't know if this imfluenced my dreams at all.

Maybe this is a clue for "cougar".

your sisters in law, were symbols or extensions (if you will), of your own psyche, the "parts" that wish to be accepted, beautiful, healthy as you "perceived" them to be.

that's all for that.

The hint to remember "Cougar" is excellent to do. My husband tried this hint too, to try & recall his dreams, sometimes it was successful and sometimes not.

For you then, it seems to have worked well, since you recall now, that the "feelings" surrounding this dream, revolve around the word "Cougar", so YES, it's extremely important and brings the dream into a context.

The context then, revolved around this symbol of a cougar's Representation.

the attached doc, explains quite well, what most of us in the generic sense of the word cougar, would see, a strong animal, a fearless & brave creature who calculates well, prior to attacking?

Take from it, then what you will as to HOW it applies to your emerging consciousness.

Take the better part of the cougar's symbol (identification), and become stronger for it.

Your husband leaving, or you couldn't locate him, is just bringing to mind, (in the dream state) what you already feel in the waking state.

The loneliness because of his frequent absences, (not just literally, but figuratively) and this part of the relationship requires effort & work, which you will need to insist he face up to then, to even begin to resolve the issues at hand.

My marriage almost broke up over it, with a mini-breakdown on my part.

Don't wait till that happens, as the kids are now getting to be on their own soon. Try & work with him now, to rebuild what you originally found endearing in him, and him in you.

................Dreams come in varying varities and for reasons usually to benefit the spirit or mood of the person, or for information we need, or for
just reasons due to our health (to clue us in)........you can have dreams for instance which are just from indigestion, (a food particle that didn't digest properly).

So most dreams fall into these categories:

1) to help you in the waking state with issues youare working on.
2) the "Message" dreams, as I term them, an actual psychic impression
3) dreams of the dead, who we once knew, (they are accdg.to Cayce , truly then, "in touch" with the essence of the one you once knew........and should be paid attention to
4) dreams of the future (very rare)........but do happen, and when they happen, (for me,), it's only the very near future, and warning me about certain people to watch out for, (if they are nefarious, double dealing, etc. my dreams have warned me in symbolic pictures which helped me)

5) Dreams of the past.......even in childhood.
These are meant to re-awaken you to things not resolved from the past, or lessons which can now be assimilated, but you need to work out the symbols in them, and look for "Puns".......

6)the physical only variety (indigestion),

IF you take your dreams as are meant to be taken, seriously, and understand they are from the higher self, meant to be worked on, and digested, both the waking & sleeping consciousness as two flips sides of one coin, then none of them are really "silly", as these dreams were all somewhat pregnant with meaning.

Some however, like I said are clearly not.

You need to learn with practice to decipher which are important, and which are just "silly"....or of indigestion type.

As far as a movie or even TV program or an event you attend in the waking state having a "Carry-over" effect in the Dream world, you need to understand that the realms of the unconscious mind, need in order to be carried into the waking state (for memory's sake into the brain area), need then a "Staging Effect", so the brain uses what is KNOWN by the waking self, to then "stage", for your benefit in the dream life.

Both are conjoined....(like a conjunction is), of two planets, then two stages of consciousness. Both meant to enhance the other.

Take your dreams as an important part of your entire consciousness, and prayerfully respect them because they are also possible to come from the higher stage as well (the message dreams), which btw, is from what Cayce calls the "Superconscious Mind".

The Superconscious Mind, is the part which we leave behind, and which monitors the subconsious & conscious  minds.
Some might call it the "Conscience" of the person, that "still small voice" within.

This part of our mind or Soul, never leaves the "god part".....and is connected more intimately, (Christ Consciousness) then.

But to access IT, requires a higher vibration to do so.
And this seldom happens unless you work diligently on the other 2 levels of mind the lower levels first.

As Edgar Cayce suggests, "In the spirit there are laws, just as in the physcial world".......

The laws of the spirit require no short cuts.

That's why we are  here, learning then without the short cuts to instant gratification or short cuts to the All that is.

Small steps are better., one at a time, we fall, we get up and brush off, then try again another day.

But meanwhile we are gaining & growing to the  higher realms........and the dreams are a great start.

I Like this quote I dislike this quote“Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.?/FONT>

 Lao Tzu quote

I dreamt I was a butterfly, and didn't know when I awoke if I was a man who had dreamt he was a butterfly, or a butterfly who now dreamt he was a man.
