hi deb,

had an interesting dream the other night, dont remember it all clearly apart from one part where i was with an eagle,i felt admiration and respect for the eagle and that i cared about it.the eagle was slightly bigger than what they are in real life and mainly white,it felt as though it was dominating me/taking me over but i had no fear and i was embracing its presence.

 

i had this dream the night after i had been thinking about calming myself down more,so i think it relates to that in some way.
