Ralph's dream,last night; went the way most of his do, with him "looking all over for me" and finally he finds me.
This one, we were in a foreign country, like an Arab country. (probably Egypt, as we want to go back there probably in 2009)
We were with a tour of people, and went into a restaurant to eat.
Although no one actually was ready to eat yet, we sat down, and he can't remember what we had, but it was a very small amount, like maybe a piece of doughnut and ......a drink perhaps?
Anyway, someone came over with a Bill, and it was for a fantastic amount of money, like $459.00(U.S.)?......or Egyptian pounds, whatever, it was a LOT (for a piece of cake)
or a doughnut.
He realized that the other people hadn't yet eaten, but the restaurant was "anticipating" that the amount would be this for everyone.......
Ralph got up looking for me, (I had left),he went outside, all dirt outside, no paved roads, just big huge mounds of dirt & rocks......
He started running, and he could easily run over them, (sort of a flying dream).......close to it,being able to fly over these mounds.
He knew however, I was in the restaurant, and he was gone for a long time, so he thought I'd be upset.
He ran back into the restaurant, to the front of it, and saw people sitting there, waiting for the lecture or meeting that this tour company has.
He thought that Deb, hadn't eaten yet (and had missed lunch), but then he walked back and saw people were still sitting at tables and eating,so the concern left him.
So, he continued to look for me, and a waitress pointed to where I was.
He came over, and I greeted him, very happily, happy to see him and expressing so. He was surprised I wasn't upset.
He thought to himself, I'll just give them, (the waiter) about $20.00 and that would be
MORE then our fair share for a doughnut & drink,
for two people, which should have been about $2 Egyptian pound, tops.
