Hi All,

I dreamt this on Thursday night. I have never had a night terror. I was in a hospital bed and a nurse, perhaps, couldn't see the face but I sensed it was female kept trying to slice me while I was incapacitated. I believe I was recuperating from surgery. She kept trying to slash me instead of stabbing me. And it was a sword, similar to a ninja sword.

I woke up sweating and screaming. I was fighting back with so much force, it actually felt empowering. Still it frightened the bejeezus out of me and I thought where the heck did that come from?

Background:

I have never been hospitalized since I was born premature. I weighed 3 kilograms and my dad still says I was the smallest thing he ever saw.

I have been dealing with major endings and changes in my life recently but feel I am getting control back and less emotionally wound up.

Soo

Also, later on I woke up crying from another dream. Couldn't remember why but I was crying in the dream and woke up sobbing.

Sorry, last addition

I've been struggling with insomnia and have not had many dreams in a long time (more than 6 months). My dreams have become more vivid and I definitely remember them a lot more since I've:

1) Started a great job w/a fantastic boss
2) Started acupunture, cupping and herbal medicine
3) Trying to shed the guilt and pain of a long distance relationship that imploded in the summer

3rd post(very positive then)........these actions mentioned have promoted within the psyche a fertile ground for more positive and creative foundations for promoting within the self's sub (below) regular everyday consciousness, a higher consciousness then being linked to once again..

It's kind of like the old saying, "When the Student is ready, the Teacher appears".........

Think of this dream then within this context.

The best Teacher will ALWAYS be the one within your own self..
the "higher self" is how I term it....which never leads you astray.

But it takes a fertile foundation (showing the higher self) that you are working on the lower self.....and it's problems in the earth plane, for the higher self to then help you along.

The student, "must be ready"....

Symbols and Puns:

1)Hospital bed & nurse symbolizes "Recuperating"........being nursed or helped along where we go to be made whole again.

2)"Fighting back with much force".......is your own conscious self, which is starting to now fight back.

3) the thing which "scared the bejesus" out of you is life itself, it's recent devastating occurrences within the mind itself, from the outer world......almost like being slashed.....(cut , torn, hurt badly)

4)you are empowered, by the fighting back and being shown this in visual images in the dream.

you've been empowering yourself recently.

....................................................................................................
I'd take this as a recognition within that you are doing what you need to do to help yourself.and making progress....with this great (obviously) great force you've been fighting off...

Wow, just wow. You rock.

Thx Deb. It is remarkable how you've laid out all the complex of emotions I've been going through in such a clear, cogent way. Thank you for being there; for being there for me and all of us.

Many blessings to share and look forward to,
Soo

Your welcome, but it's YOU who you need to recognize that within all of us, is a welcoming, higher source which beacons to help whenever we at least make the effort to call on it....
The vibration is quite a bit higher then we are here .........in this heavy one on earth, thus seldom are we in touch....
the idea of course is to heighten and overcome the baser vibrations, which you are attempting to do.

It's also possible that Algol on the ASCendent,,is this great force you are fighting off......and is only a vibration you are seemingly winning now against.. Always remember that within you is  a Reservoir of strength....and it is true that we aren't given more then we can handle IF we want to, as life is about growth through overcoming hardships.

Those with NO hardships, cannot grow as strong or as quickly.......
as those who fall hard & get up again to fight again......gain strength in doing so.

Be patient, all good things take time.

I think your transiting BML over natal Neptune "promoted" this dream.

Keep in touch and let us know how the dreams progress Soo..........
we ALL learn from each other.

Deb.
