NLP (short for Neuro-linguistic programming) can often be used in day to day things to help people send out better body language, one technique is to touch something when you are talking about something. For example when you want to give
people the impression you are a good person you can start
talking about something else and when you say the words 'good person' or 'excellent person' put your hand on yourself,as long as you are not talking about yourself it sends out a very subtle message to others that you are a good or excellent person.

Now what is interesting is that last night I noticed something
very similar in my dream,I was in a classroom and the teacher was talking about a few things, what I noticed and made a point of remembering is that he put his hand on something when he said the words 'very important',that object then was the focus for something else soon after in the dream. This is something that I think is worth looking out for in your dreams, when people say words but combine them with body language actions to give you a clue about
an object or person.
