Reminiscent of "love your enemies".....Reminiscent of "Do good to those who hate you". Reminiscent of "How easy it is to only love those who love you, but the TRUER growth comes from trying to care about those you consider your enemy"

All of these messages are from Jesus.

He is the Pattern for mankind,OR, "The Light, the Truth the Way"

Not to believe on him, as they say, but to "emulate" his behaviors as best we can.

Here is what Edgar Cayce had to say about our enemies

(and it doesn't mean seeking out those who plan to do you harm either, or even trusting them like a naive person would do, when you know better.

Remember, to be able to discern the wheat from the chaff, and not trsut a wolf in sheep's clothing, is not the message here...........
Rather to see or try to see the "Divine spark", within even the more grosser individuals.

That's the message of both Cayce & Jesus.

Think on This ...

Hold rather to those things in which, in thy dealings with thy fellowman, ye may see only the pure, the good!

For until ye are able to see within the life and activities of those ye have come to hate the most, something ye would worship in thy Creator, ye haven't begun to think straight.

Edgar Cayce Reading 1776-1

This is a good quote, Deb.  I often think of it.  But there are some people I just don't like, who are evil.  But they are souls who have lost their way, and are "in error."  Mom said to call them "misguided people."  They are the ones who
think that selfishness and taking advantage of others are smart.

Proverbs says "When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."
