This link may be helpful to us for studying the Chakras, as they relate to the glandular system of the physical body, as well as the spiiritual energy which the Chakras resonate to.
Each Chakra, besides a gland being ruled by it, also emits a vibration which is either in resonating agreement, or a disorderly one, which is why we get sick. (Sickness is after all "Dis-Ease"........
So, to practice Yoga, Meditation, and correct living , thinking & eating is very very important for the ultimate best results of this system of energy, throughout the lifetime.
(I'm no one to talk, as I started too late, so my health is rather shot anyway, LOL).........but you younger ones here, have a life to live and should live it as optimally as possible for the best results.
