WHAT IS KRISHNAMURTI PADDHATI?

An Astrological hindu system developed by MR.K.S.KRISHNAMURTI from Chennai.

The main principle of KRISHNAMURTI PADDHATI - A planet will give the result of that place in which the planets constellation lord resides.

RULING PLANETS -

These are the planets that rule at any given moment of time. According to the Krishnamurti principle of ruling planets, the given set of planets at the time of question is the same at the time of answer.

  • The four ruling planets are,
  • The lord of the ascendant
  • The star lord of moon.
  • The lord in which house the moon is placed at the time
  • The day lord.

I think that all Vedic Astrologers would say the Ascendent's Lord reigns, next is the Lord of the Moon's sign, or house?
but the "Day Lord", then must be his speciality....

Here are the Traditional Day Lord Rulers:
(from Chaldean Astrology")

Saturn rules Saturday
Sun     rules  Sunday
Moon   rules  Monday
Mars    rules Tuesday
Mercury  rules  Wednesday
Jupiter  rules  Thursday
Venus   rules  Friday

today is Tuesday, October 31, 2006.  The "DaY' Lord then is Mars.

The hours then, starting with the Ascendent of  today, starts with the Sunrise ....in which we place Mars for the Ascendent, or Sunrise....

Mars rose at 7AM(the ruler of the Day)
Sun is next or 8AM
Venus in next or 9AM
Mercury is next or 10AM
Moon is next or   11AM
Saturn is next or 12PM noon the culmination of the day (the top of a western placidius chart)
Jupiter is next or  1PM

...............................................................................
so each day has a Lord of that day
The hour or Sunrise, (AC) starts with it's ruler (see list)
each house starting with the 12th or AC, clockwise, is divided into 2 segments, the lower & upper segment,so that the entire half or upper region above the horizon is actually 12 hours total.

The "below the horizon", starting at sunset is 12 hours then as well, each house being 2 segments.....

Start then, with the Day Lord's Ruler (on Tues.is Mars)
follow each hour then with the next ........

                      Always the hours follow thusly:

Venus
Mercury
Moon
Saturn
Jupiter'
Mars
Sun
Venus
Mercury
Moon
Saturn
Jupiter..................
(notice that only the original/traditional 7 planets are used). 5 planets 2 luminaries.

we just repeat them, and always in this order or arrangement.

2nd Marriages Survey and Test Results:

Note on Rules/guide Lines for Checking for More than one Marriage in a KP
Chart.

Shree Kanak Bosmia, under the guidance of  Raichur and Tin Win,
did a statistical study on the 3 guidelines mentione below:

The assumptions ARE:  GEMINI (Mithuna), VIRGO (Kanya), PISCES (Meena) are
Dual
SIGNS(for this study): MERC, JUP (Budha and Guru) owning these signs are
considered as DUAL Planets( for these guidelines only)
Hindoo Aspects (Vedic aspects) with no orbs, i.e. Sign to Sign are
considered
while finding or checking significators of houses.
Within these parameters : The rules are:

RULE-1:MORE THAN ONE marriage is indicated if the BOTH following two
conditions are
ARE simultaneously satisfied:
      (i) The sub-lord of the 7th cusp OR its Starlord  is deposited in a
dual
      sign(gemini,virgo,pisces
)  OR if the sub-lord of the 7th cusp is
      Mercury/JUP; and
(ii) The sub-lord of the 7th cusp is also a significator of either of
           the houses 2 or 11
or both.
If any of the above two conditions is not satisfied, then second
      marriage is denied.

RULE-2:Second marriage is indicated if the sub-lord of the 2nd cusp is also
a
significator of either of the houses 7 or 11.

RULE-3:As per Kanak:ON ASSUMPTION 2ND WIFE IS CONSIDERED AS YOUNGERSISTER
      OF FIRST
Second marriage is indicated if The sub-lord of the 9th cusp is a
significator of either of the houses 2 or 9 or 11.

The study was done on 100 charts, where data was reliable. This was supplied
from ASTRDATA BANK 4.0 and some by shri TIN WIN.

THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY IS AS UNDER:

RULE 1:   74 PERCENT AGREE WITH THIS RULE

RULE 2:   79 PERCENT AGREE WITH THIS RULE

RULE 3:   93 PERCENT AGREE WITH THIS RULE

No rule by itself gives a 100 percent co-relationship

Final Recommendation:

CHECK BY ALL 3 RULES, and then GIVE the prediction on more than one
Marriage.
end.

Krishnamurti Paddhati (K.P.)

This is an excellent system (Paddhati) of astrological predictions conceived, created  by The Great Indian Astrology King, late Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti. As you must have experienced that accuracy of the time period of the events is difficult when one uses Vedic or any other system. KP can give you a precise 'YES' or 'NO' answer astrologically to your questions. To overcome the above and similar short-comings of the conventional vedic system, KP comes as savior.

At the same time in cases of Twin Births the charts of then two persons will remain almost same in Vedic system. However there is always a lot of difference in them.

Major Differences From Vedic :

  • KP system gives importance to the Constellations / Stars / Nakshatras divisions of the Zodiac which is obviously the most desired for precision.
  • Further it divides each Constellation / Star / Nakshatra division into further 9 subdivisions called 'SUBS'. These sub divisions are not equal divisions, but are as per the Vimshottari Dashas Divisions System.
  • K.P. System uses K.P. Ayanamshas as opposed to Lahiri Ayanamshas mostly used in Vedic System. The difference between two is about 6 minutes (Kala).
  • This system uses Cusps that is house/ bhav beginnings like Western Systems, as opposed to Vedic System which uses House Centres i.e. Bhav Madhyas.
  • This system uses Placidus House system.
  • The planet in it's dasha gives results as per it's Nakshtra-Swami (Star-Lord) rather than the planet itself.
  • Whether the above results will be benefic or malefic will be decided by the Planet's SUB.
  • Hence Planet is represents the SOURCE, that Planet's Star-Lord represents the EFFECTS, RESULTS and that Planet's Sub gives idea of the FINAL DIRECTION of that result.
RULING PLANETS : Unique Concept of KP for Powerful Divine Guidance during predictions..

The Great Indian Astrology King, late Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti has written SIX READERS which are Classics like 'Geeta' or 'Bible' for the KP Astrology
