As you know, Toronto has been hard hit by the panic surrounding the SARS outbreak.  But it's not the only area affected.  My relatives in rural Nova Scotia have noticed an increase in SARS-related cases.
 
Doctors have identified two additional strains that have caused workers to claim additional EI benefits.  The mutations are:
 
SAR(ass) and SAR(back).

In addition to new strains there are also special symptoms and terms used with SARS, such as:
 
SARS Symptoms
Sar-chasm (deep depression)
Sar-did (attraction to dirt)
Sar-ghom (need to devour sweet syrup �?mouth hurts, teeth fall out)
Sar-cery (delusion you can do magic)
Sar-head (aches make you cranky)
Sar-row (psychological symptom)
Sar-plus (extra virus for shedding)
Sar-prise (sudden onset without warning)

Other SARS Terms
Sar-geon (doctor specializing in treating SARS)
Sar-veil (mask worn by those watching over patients)
Sar-charge (extra tax to pay for treatment)
