It's a very sad day at our house.  This morning we lost Jesse whom we have had for the last 13 years.  Of all our dogs, he was the special one who slept on or by our bed for almost his whole life.  He went out back on his usual morning romp with the other dogs but didn't return and I found him by one of the trails.  I guess he must have had a heart attack and died suddenly.
