Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. is currently searching for a Sales Manager, Urology/Dermatology for Eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a full complement of Product Specialists by hiring for vacant or new positions
• Ensuring that the Product Specialists are following the brand strategic direction, providing coaching and counselling to the Product Specialists and building customer contact through regular in field contact

The key attributes of the qualified candidate are:

1. Minimum of three to five years pharmaceutical sales management experience required.
2. Bachelor Degree required, preferably in life sciences.
3. Strong background in APCA therapeutic areas preferred.
4. Proven oral, written, analytical skills required.
5. Bilingual (English/French) preferred, but not required.
