Astellas Pharma Canada is currently searching for four Senior Product Specialists, Dermatology. Reporting to the appropriate Sales Manager; the successful candidates will be responsible for one of the following territories:

British Columbia and Alberta

Ontario West

Quebec

Sales and promotion of all dermatology products in the assigned territory for all key dermatologists.

Uncovering educational opportunities for customers in the region.

Attending domestic and international dermatology conferences when appropriate.

Creating an annual territory business plan to maximize business opportunities and achieve annual regional forecasts. Managing territory budget to assigned budgetary target.

Attending biannual sales meetings

The key skills and experience required include:

University degree required. Advanced or professional degree in a health care discipline or in the life sciences or an advanced degree in business is preferred.

Minimum of eight years sales experience in an established pharmaceutical company and a minimum of 3 yeas at the Product Specialist level at an Exceeds Objectives level or higher, experience with teaching and/or tertiary care hospitals is required.

Strong background in Dermatology is preferred.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills required.

Bilingual, English and French is required for Quebec. Bilingual, English and French is a plus for Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
