Fujisawa Canada is currently searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
We require that this person be fluently bilingual, English and French. Reporting to Rick Gillott, Sr. Manager, Customer Service and Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Processing, mailing & filing of daily invoices. The key attributes of the qualified candidate are:
1. Fluently bilingual in English and French, both orally and written, required.
2. Competent computer skills required –AS400, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Electronic Mail, Internet proficiency, required.
3. Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience, required.
4. Basic understanding of accounting, required.
5. Good judgment, excellent communication skills, required.
6. High degree of professionalism, required.
