If you go to the main groups page, groups.msn.com, you can see that as of Monday, October 16th, group chat has been discontinued. This is news to us. If anyone knows why this happened, please let us know.
My recommendation is that for now on, use a chat room with a program like AOL Instant Messenger. Just post what program you are running and the name of your chat room, and it should work out.
On a personal note, this pisses me off.
