Personality Characteristics: Much friendlier than one might expect from a half-orc, but that's what happens when you grow up amongst halflings. Still, he's learned that many people are distrustful of him due to his race so he's a bit quiet at first.
Magic Possessions: +1 Mace, +1 Shield, Bracers of Slingery (like Bracers of Archery but with slings...)
Mundane Possessions: Fairly typical gear + a Rottweiler named Chocolate. (Although he wouldn't consider her a "possession," but a companion.
Background History: Abandoned as a baby by her human mother, he grew up amidst halflings. He isn't aware of this, but those very halflings saved his mother's town from eradication in the orc raid that resulted in his very birth.
Adventuring History: Nothing of import as of yet, but he's just wandered into a village called Marri-Glen
Miscellaneous Details: Despite being a half-orc, he's actually a cleric of Arvoreen, the halfling god of defense and vigilance. Why this god allowed him to be his cleric, who knows, but I suspect he was thinking something like "Hey... what if he was on our side?" (think Timon and Pumbaa finding Simba in the desert)
