"Well now, we can turn this wagon into a big sled. With two of theis scrolls and have some Steeds drag it to where we need to go." Cade said as he climbs out of the wagon. He places the scrols back into the case a leaves the case in the wagon. he looks over at Gia and said: "It might take 2 hours to do it, but it can be done. If you don't mind helping." He smiles.

 

He leans into the wagon and pulls out a choping axe. Then he measers, with the hand of the axe, how hight the wagon is. He finds a tree close by, Something a foot in across and chops it down, making sure it wouldn't hit the wagon. When the tree is down he measers out 4 chunks, making sure their a fue inches taller than the bottem of the wagon. He cuts them and with help of Gia, places them under the four corners of the wagon. The Cade finds the Mending scroll in the wagon case. He reads it as his stands infront of the broken wheel. When the wheel was fixed He stood there and smiled at his work for a moment. Now he tryes the fabricate scroll. As he read the scroll he words it as: "Change theise wheels into skies, So this wagon can go thew snow."

 

If it worked he nocks out the blocks of wood out from under the wagon. Cade turns to Gia and asked "Do you wont to try a spell from a scroll?" If she wants to he shows her how. He helps her summon a Phantom Steed.

     The axe Cade finds is light but sharp and well crafted. Its thick metal betrays the light weight of the object. The axe chops through the wood without any problems and goes through the wood with ease. Gia watches and looks in amazment at the magical works. She watches as the scrolls fix and re-rig the wagon to the great sled that it is now. "How...." she is completly awestruck. They start to feel the bite of the cold as they finish there work.  As Cade throws the axe back into the wagon he notices two sets of foot prints on the tail of the wagon only, none one the ground. One set going in, the other set going out. Apparently one of the thieves made off with something.  Gia looks to him as he asks if she wants to cast the final spell. she attemps but fails miserably at the casting. in the end Cade has to cast it. Everything comes together as he hopes. "where to now? do you want to try and find this arie person? or do you want to see what all of this stuff is?"

Cade takes a quick glance around to see if there is something aparent missing from the wagon. He pokes arround to see if any thing moves as he lisons to Gia speak on where to go.

 

He looks over to Gia and says: "We better find this Arie person. With some luck, Arie has a extra room to use so we could invintory this stuff. I would like to see what all this stuff is, but I'm getting a little cold out here. I don't know about you."

 

Cade helps Gia up to the set of the wagon and climbs up beside her. he picks up the reins and nudge the steeds forwerd. Cade sirects the steeds in the direction of where he thinks Arie might be in the town. He heads twords the closest wizard's tower. To ask where Arie might be or where he may find her.

((ooc Do you think we should continue this on the Starslinger Tower thread? theres a big confronttion there and our charcters dont want to get involved in that. what do you think?))

(OOC:I think you may be right. We can head to Cade's home and invitory the stuff. We could send a message to Arie, that we would like to speek with her when ever she can spair a moment. We could swing by, where she is and leave a message and a map on where she can find us. Thats if its a good Idea with you.)

Lets do that, go to the cabin. We can Identify every thing, sort every thing into keep and sell groups. it might take al day and part of the night to do that. Pluse we could have something that Arie would need, maybe.

Seeing what is going on at the Ivery tower, Cade high tails it out of there and heads to his home.

 

"I think we should wait till morning before we speak with Arie. I think she has her hands full right now." Cade said as he climbed down from the wagon. "Lets get this stuff into my home and get a good look at it. It may tell us who you may be."

 

Cade swong the wagon closer to the front door of his home and started to unload the wagon. He let the two steeds free to roam where they please. After the wagon was empty Cade took the lantern down from where it was hanging and climbed out. Cade went inside and took off his winter cloths and hong them up along with Gia's. He made some hot tea to worm both of them up plus he started to heat up some soup for later. As he waited he begain to open up the boxes to see whats in side of them. He begain to sort items into groups of Items to be Identified later. when he had some soup, he got some paper and a pen to write down what they had.

Gia watches part of the gruesome scene that is happening at the trinity dias and hopes to the dieties that this isn't a normal occurance. She feels happy and safe finally making to the hermits abode. She helps unload the cart and bring the stuff into the house. Once in she helps him take inventory for the most part. She pics up one of the lighter swords (mithril) and starts spinnng it around. he wrist flowing smoothly and she seems to know what shes doing. She twirls it around fancy-like and sheaths it.  "Thats a pretty sword." she says smiling placing the weapon back in its place. Once everything is counted They open up the last chest. the Chest on the top on a gold plaque says "Property of John Orcus." Opening it up there is a shiethed sword (see picture), 2 leather bound books, a smithing hammer,a belt a mask and a scroll. After they go through the stash they find the last case. The case has a gold seal on it that says Lion Heart.

When Cade finished writing everything down. He quickly punchs a couple of holes into the paper and binds them together. He looks over to Gia (If she is still awak) and asked: "Is there anything here you want to sell?"

 

If she is asleep he just picks her up and pbrings her to the bed and pulls the covers over her. He quietly looks the door and poors himself a cup of tea. He sips his tea as he stairs into the fire. He to finds himself falling to sleep too.

      She looks to everything as its all being accounted for. "I really don't know what most of these things are. but i wanna make sure we keep things that this person, John kept as his personal stuff. I mean what if he comes back looking for it?"  she plays with various swords including Lawbringer, which she seems to have become attached to strangly. She even shoulders the great nodatchi. She seems to weild the great weapon without any troubles at all. "Is there anything here that you want for yourself Cade?" She shieths the great katana and leans it against the table. The sword towering over her by about a foot. "Pick out what you like then you can help me pick out what i like then we can sell or stash the rest. that sound ok to you? Besides.." She goes over to the case that has lionheart written on it and she pulls it out feeling the weight of the strange weapon. "These items seem to have been left here for me to do with what i want and i'm not sure i know what i want. you know?"  A moment later she lets it go and the tip sinks into the wooden floor. She takes a step back and looks oddly at the mysterious Weapon.

 

 

"Are you alright my dear. That was a nasty shock you got." Cade said as he ran over to her and knelt in front of her. He looked at her hands to see if she was alright. When he saw that her hands where healing on their own, he raised an eyebrow. Cade looked back at the sword that had shocked Gia, then back to Gia.

 

"Wounder what it meant by your not ready and whats this 'Daughter of the master' it called you I wounder." Cade said

 

 

 

OOC: Cade is eyeing up the Ivory Horn of Blasting, +2Axe of Hurling, and one of the Mithril Long swords.

       Gia slowly stands and goes over to the talking sword and reaches for it. She grasps the handle and expects another nasty shock but none comes. Pulling it from the floor she places it back in its case, locks it and places the long case on a high shelf in the hermits home. "I would like to leave this weapon with you until i'm ready to try carrying it because i dont want to carry it with me and it get stolen or something like that." she walks back to the stack of weapons and the chest of Johns persoanal equipment and takes some spare cloths out. Sizing them to her body she starts to remove her cloths and starts to change into the nice (but a little large) cloths (sry but she doesn't know shame when it comes to nakedness so you may have deal with this on a few occations) She completly changes and slides a double belt through the loops of the loose pants. She walks over and picks up "Lawbringer" and as she goes to unsheath it, it sticks in the sheath and won't budge (Shes Chaotic Good). Getting fed up with it she sets the sword back in the chest and goes and takes one of the mithril long swords, one mithril dagger, and the great nodatchi (sword surpassing her in size by nearly a foot.) "I think that we may need to go and visit miss arie tomarrow morning. I believe that she maybe able to help me. Maybe you too with your problem too." She points to your horns. She yawns and slips the weapons out of her new belt. She walks over and sits on the bed. "Thank you Cade for being my friend. please leave the sword on your shealf alone and the one that stuck in the sheath alone cause i want to see what they are and why they won't work but you can take anyhting else that you wish." she yawns again. "Good night Cade." She wraps her wings around her body and lays down to go to sleep.

((ooc: lol i figured you would be eyeing up the sharpness blade, oh well. anyway, i started our characters on the mage trinity board. i'm sure you'll find the post. ok? peace))

Cade turns to not look as Gia changes. When she said she was tired. Cade says: "Good night My lady."

 

Cade walks over to the sword pile. He picks one of the Mithril Swords. Looks over it a bit. Then places it back on the table and pick's it up The semitar of shapness. 'Humm this one one feels better than that other one.' He thinks to himself.
