Stormcrow noticed the tower from the distance several times since his awakening. He cant really call it a return, since he feels he never left....but was imprisoned nearby inside a slab of crystal. Betrayed by his own magical clone...Nevar. The past few days since his "awakening", Raven Stormcrow has been traveling the boundaries of Elmshade, talking to the locals, who mostly still remember him, and looking at the carnage left by another recent assault on his home. He spends time with friends and locals..catching up on what went on while he was....gone.
Now another new trail confronts him, one that leads to that tall tower in the distance. A tower that was not here before. Hes already heard of the rumors of his mage replacement....A female sorceress by the name of Sylvara. It is time for him to pay a visit to this mage, whos been protecting his home in his absence.
Raven walks up to the base of the tower without fear or hesitation, like he knows most would be approaching a wizards tower. He notices the archetecture is dark and onimouse, similar to the late Laurelle's tower of flame...which he remembers well. No...its not as inviting as his own beutiful, sleek, Ivory tower, which once stood nearby. "Im sure it serves its purpose."....he quietly says to himself.
After reaching the doors, Raven raises his staff, and thumps on the doors. He then steps back and waits to see if someones home.

Silvara was strolling into her library when she heard the knock on the door. She frowned in concentration, wondering who could be coming to her tower. She placed the books she carried on the floor, and walked down the stairwell towards the door. She called out to the servants, having them make some preparations for visitors. She straightened herself out, and then opened the door. When she looked out, she saw a man standing outside. She looked at him intently, unsure, but having the feeling that she had seen him before. Then it hit her. He was the man she had met when Laurelle had summoned her to heal Arienne. She looked at him and tried to remember his name. Ralon, something with an R? Was it... "I remember you. You are Raven Stormcrow, right?" She looked at it him, finally remembering the name that Arienne had spoken to her once before, as had Laurelle. She stepped back, motioning into her tower. "Would you like to come in Sir. Stormcrow?"

(OOC: I have to borrow Aris PC to post so please bear with me. I can only post every few days. But hang in there, I WILL answer you.)
(I am starting this after the "chat" scenario. So he knows Laurelle isnt here..ok? ok.)
Stormcrow looks at the woman answering the tower doors, feelings of old fear and stale memories flash back to him. He quickly snaps back to reality, not actually expecting Laurelle to be there. He smiles at the young woman, remembering her as Laurelles apprentice. "Of course young one. I have much to catch up on." Ravens strolls into the tower, his staff beside him clanking the stone floor. He casually looks at the interior of the tower, still hot and dark....just like he remembers. The very decorations bring more flashes of the past as he walks...it is irritating, and distracting, so he looks to Silvara and decides to talk his memories at bay. Something to focus on. "So how have things fared for you here all alone in this big dark tower?" Raven smiles while tapping his staff on the ground, lighting the tip in a soft blue light.

Silvara looked at Raven, her eyes scanning him as they had the first day they had met. When he called her young one, her eyes seemed to turn to small fireballs. "Sir Stormcrow, I'm a not young." She shook her head, and holding her hand out she escorted him upstairs to the room she had had prepared just in case someone would come to visit. As they entered the room, she took a seat and motioned to another.  "As to how I have faired with out Laurelle, well protecting this place is difficult on my own, but I have been able to do so. And as for this big dark tower." Silvara smiles to herself. "This is home for me. This is what I'm used to. If I was anywhere else, it wouldn't be home." She smiled once again, but not to Raven. she seemed to be thinking of something of the past. She blinked then looked back towards Raven. "So Sir. Stormcrow. How can I be of service to you?"

Raven stops walking and turning to Silvara. "I came not to seek your help Silvara...but to offer mine. I have decided to take over the position of GuildMaster at Glynnfaighn. And I wanted you to know, you, Arienne, and all of Elmshade have my support." He continues walking with Silvara, politely refusing the room. "I just wanted to walk, and talk with you. A tour through your tower seemed exciting while I spoke with you." Raven smiles.  "Is there anything you need? ....or that I can be of assistance?"

Silvara smiled at Raven fora moment, the suddenly her expression changed. "A tour of my tower. Sure thing Sir. Stormcrow. It would be my pleasure, although I feel that you may have already had the grand tour once before." Silvara stood from her seat and exited the room, Raven following closely to her. She began to walk along the tower, looking at the signs that Laurelle had left behind when she left the first time. "I'm not sure what you could do to help me take care of our home, but I'm sure that whatever you do shall be helpful. Taking care of Elmshade has been a challenge, but a good one that I have enjoyed. It may have been on my own, but one that I've truly come to take pride in." Silvara stopped before a portrait of Laurelle. "And even if I am the one that was chosen to care for Elmshade, I cannot out run Laurelle. And now that she has returned..." Silvara's voice trailed off. She turned back to Raven. "Anyhow. Sir. Stormcrow. What do you think you could do for us? I mean, aren't you stationed in Glynnfaighn?"

Raven walks along with Silvara, smiling and listening to her as they tour her tower. He nodds, understanding the difficulty of filling the shoes of Laurelle. "It is true that I have taken on the position of Guildmaster of the Glynnfaighn Mage Tower, but that does not mean I will leave Elmshade behind. On the contrary, I plan to aid Elmshade more with my position. With my voice in the Glynnfaighn council, Elmshade has a strong ally. Plus it is nothing for me to 'pop' in every now and then to check on all of you." Raven stops with Sylvara in front of Laurelles portrait, smiling at its beuty. "Laurelle now stays with me in the Ivory Tower, where she will be by my side. Yes indeed...Elmshade has strong allies."

Silvara turned to look at Raven. Her eyes seemed a bit colder than usual. "Ra.. Sir. Stormcrow. I hate to tell you this, but even if Elmshade has strong allies, what needs to truly be strong is what lies here already. I've been working on fortifying all of this land, and making sure that all the inhabitants have saftey. And I can only count on others sometimes. One I know I can count on is Diedra. She is always here, but she is always at home as well. I do not know how she does it. But she seems to have this amazing power. And it has nothing to do with the fact that she is a chosen one." Silvara stopped speaking and turned away from the portrait of Laurelle, that seemed to haunt her very being. She continued to walk along the tower, the silence coming from her being one that was deathly. She didn't seem to even be mentally in the tower, as if she had completely shut herself down. She stopped at the door that lead to the library and turned to Raven once again. He could see it in her eyes that she seemed to have given up a great deal, and that even though she seemd to have returned mentally, she was not whole. "I am sorry Sir. Stormcrow. I have no been myself lately. I did not mean to be rude."

"you have nothing to appologize for Silvara. It is true I have many enemies and friends, both of which keep me on the run almost constantly." Raven continues walking with Silvar, turning to her...."But you must believe me when I say that I WILL know if Elmshade is indanger. I have already put up my own fortifications, and enchantments around Elmshade. I was here from the beginning, before the Temple was built, before the Inn and Guardhouses. For years I walked these woods casting my protective spells across its landscape, then I was betrayed, and imprisoned." Raven lowers his head, his mind quickly going back to that day...."...but enough of the past, now is the preasant, and Ill be damned if I let anyone harm another leaf in this forest."
Raven turns to Silvara with a seriouse look on his face..."I know you carry a heavy burden Silvara, and I truely wish I could be here to help you. But Elmshade has seen peace for some time now, and a new place needs my help. Master Holimion is an old friend and I must help him"

Raven then turns to Silvara smiling, and placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "I have faith in you Sylvara. You will be fine."
With that said, he takes a step backwards, and vanishes. His smiling face still on Sylvara as he fades away.
