Raven stepped up to the Trinity Dias, dressed in his normal white robes. Carrying RuneStaff on his right hand, and a bundle of papers and his ledger under the other arm. He walked out onto the ivory section of the dias, where a small table rose up before him. He placed the book and paperwork on the table. He then turned to the side, and looked out over the forest. He knew which direction the Mediator lived, and concentrated his thoughts there. "Lita? Mediator of Elmshade! I need your services. Go to the Temple, and gather Priestess Sianodell. Bring her here to the dias where I will give an informative lecture on the ruins, and some of its properties. I and the rest of the Trinity will await you here." Raven then turns back to the dias and holds his arms up... "Mages of the Trinity, I summon you." The dias lit up, each side pulsing its mental call to their coresponding tower masters. Raven stands patiently behind the small ivory table, and awaits for everyones arrival. He hoped this meeting would go undisturbed this time. |

Arienne's brows knit into a worried frown and she shook her head with a grim look at the others. "We have to find out what's happening, and soon. If there are, indeed, drow and orc hordes beneath the Village, then we must consider evacuating everyone as quickly as we can. We can send them to Norwood, or Glynnfaign, even, if worse comes to worst." The silver-haired elf set the relics she was examining down on the table and looked at Drannon and Ian. "Raven is gone. We're not sure where, but we suspect he's been taken by someone or something. He was here trying to tell us something earlier, and then disappeared very strangely." Arienne sighed anxiously and began to pace, as was her habit when upset. She rubbed her delicate chin in thought, her blue eyes serious. She spoke as she walked, thinking out loud and talking to the others at the same time. "We'll have to assemble a team. I suggest that the four of us begin exploration immediately, though if there are hundreds of drow below, and they have orcish armies to back them up, then Gods help us all. I'll take Spyke and alert the Order. They'll have to wake the Sentinels to help guard the village while we're gone...and I'll see if I can contact Melenna. I haven't been able to reach her for awhile, but I'll try again anyway. Mother Siannodell should also be informed, so in case something should happen to any of us, she will know how to handle things in our absence. " The sylvan mage didn't relish the idea of leaving the town so scantily protected, but time was against them. Arienne stopped and looked up. "Drannon, are you planning on taking Pheryl? I'm thinking that Viewsk could be immense help if we end up underground, as I suspect we will. That would leave Spyke and the Gargoyles to guard Starsinger Tower, in addition to the wards. It should be enough. Regardless, we have to find Raven and keep the darkness from overwhelming Elmshade. Someone ought to warn Araon, too. He'll wonder where we went if we don't." |

Drannon nodded as he listened and comfirmed everything Ian said. He grimaces as he listens to the tale of the missing wizard, and looks to Ian a little concerned. He shakes his head listening to Ariennes plan, and Silvaras words and questions. He only agrees with Ian again. "If the tunnels below arent already over run with them, then they soon will be. That valley was full of them... a Horde of Orcs." He looks to both Silvara and Arienne... "How about instead of causing a riot and panic throughout the whole village... you two seal the opening of the tunnels. Its the only exit up here, so seal it somehow..... and keep them from getting to the surface." |

Ian stood there and listened, he started to fear when Mistress Arienne said that his Godfather Raven was missing. He wanted to jump out and find him, but forced himself to wait. " I must agree with Drannon, if we inform the village of immediate danger, there will be wide spread panic." Ian thought about Drannon's suggestion of sealing the tunnel entrance and asked. " What about a ward against Evil? Or an earthquake to block the tunnel entrance."

Silvara listened quietly, nodding her head in understanding. She then looks over to Arienne and speaks, loud enough so that the men can here as well. "What must be done is this. We must go to the ruins. Something about all this makes me feel as if some type of answers will be there. And as for tracking Stormcrow. I think we should find Marsala Moreheart. He is Stormcrow's gaurdian, and as far as I know he can track Raven, even out of this plane. I could probably just contact Diedra and she can tell me where he is. So the first plan of action would be to go to those ruins. And then we can go ahead and do whatever else needs to be done." With that Sil looked at the three and turned on her heel. She was determined to do something, and she was not one to dawdle around. As she left the Trinity Dias, she mentally contacted Diedra. Diedra, sister, I need for you to tell me where your husband is. If you can get in contact with him, tell him to get in contact with me. He can use his coin to do so. But please do so quickly. Raven's life might be in at stake here, and I wouldn't want anything to happen with him. Diedra heard Silvara calling to her. She knew that Sil would only call her mentally if she knew she didn't have much time. She quickly responded. Silvara, sister, I will go ahead and contact Mar and find out his whereabouts. And remember, if you need me do not hesitate to call upon me. If Raven is in danger I need to be there. She quickly reached up to her necklace and contacted her husband. She knew he was probably already out trying to track Raven, but she must do as she was asked for Raven's sake. My love, I need to know where you are. Raven is missing, and Silvara needs your help to track him. Tell me where you are so that I may relay the message and so that they may get started. |

Ian paced, his concerns grew higher as he could not find his godfather. He turned to his white stallion and petted his nose. He whispers something to the horse in elven, and it goes off towards the surrounding woods. Ian can not get the image of that demon out of his mind. ' That thing was huge.' he says to himself as he walks around. ' What kind of orc turns into a demon? It must have been the work of the blasted drow.' He continues to say as he paces, his mind feels tired and harsh for the worst of his godfather. " I hope my godmother and her husband can find him, I am starting to get an awful feeling." Ian says more to himself, but if anyone was listening, they could hear.

(ooc: this post was done with the permission of Steve Brown/Marsala. any questions, email him at [email protected]) Marsala was fighting the ant monster when his wife mentally summoned him to answer her. Instead of an imediate responce, Diedra got hit with a slight headache. She tried again, and Mar responded. " Dear, I know your looking for me, but I can not speak long." He heard her ask where Raven was and if he could help the trinity find him, and he replied, " My dear, Raven is at the ruins, and there is a bit of a problem here." |

Arienne favored Drannon with a cool look. "I was only thinking of the safety of the village, Drannon. It was not my intent to cause a riot or panic, and I think you underestimate how much and how often the people of Elmshade have had to deal with evil assaulting their town." She flipped a few silvery curls over a shoulder and continued. "As much as we and they have had to fight already, they know the drill by now. There would be no panic. However, I do agree with you and think that if we can seal the one tunnel, as you say, then we should attempt that first. But you should also know that Tel'gothrim never just have one tunnel to the surface." Arienne turned to quickly make her way back to her tower to grab a few things and then looked at all of them. "I'll grab some things and meet you all at the ruins immediately. The sooner we get started, the sooner we can get this whole nasty business tended to." |

Drannon nodded to Silvaras idea, and backed up Ians claims. He listened to Arienne, noting a hint of sarcasm... "Well Im sorry princess, not all of us are regular socialites. Besides nobody should be use to chaos and panic, thats unnatural." he folows her back tward her tower, looking back at Ian and the others. "Im gonna go and get Pheryl, Ill meet you all at the ruins too." He walks beside Arienne as they both walk tward her tower. |

Unkown to everyone, the tiny spider hidden in a flap of Drannons cloths... also heard the details. It lapped up every bit of information it could, and decided to hang out where it was for a little while longer. Maybe it could learn more, or possibly even have an excellent oportunity to kill one of the female mages. Lord Nash would be very pleased with that.... |

Ian waited no longer, he saw everyone was leaving, and decided that he had no preperation left. He whistled his call, and out from the surrounding woods came his white stallion. He mounted the horse while it was running and taking reins he commands in elven, " Nadama lle trugar, brana hasta!" The white stallion rides hard towards the ruins, taking the forest route. " I hope we are not to late." Ian says as he tries to stay focused. His grandfather's armor glistening in the sunlight.

Diedra heard her husband's answer and quickly relayed the message back to Silvara. Silvara responded. Diedra, I want you to join us. One of your talents and capabilities should be here to help with this. I know Raven would probably say that you should have been contacted to help out in the first place, and I would have to agree on that one. So join Arienne and myself at the Ruins as soon as you can. With these final thought, Silvara turned to Arienne and said. "Sister, it seems that Marsala is already at the ruins, and that Raven seems to be there as well. I also asked Diedra to join us. With her, I'm sure we shall be able to figure this entire thing out." And with that she fell silent. Diedra answered back to Silvara. I will gladly join you in the search for Raven. Let me just get things squared away with my children and I'll join you all there. Diedra then called for Eleina, who quickly came to where her mistress was. "Eleina, I need you to take care of the children. I'm going off to help find Raven, and to help in any other way that I can. So just stay here, and if I need you, I'll call." Eleina nodded, accepting her job the time being, and then Diedra quickly grabbed her weapons, ran out to the stables, and jumped on her horse, Gawain's back. As soon as she was settled, the horse hit a gallop. "Where to, young one?" Gawain asked. "To the ruins, Gawain. Ride fast and hard." |
