The Price of Freedom   How loud does freedom ring? higher than the birds that sing? louder than anything?   Freedom rings like a breeze all across out vast seas It beats like a person's heart weather here or far apart It pulses deep inside filling each person with pride   But how much did freedom cost, thousands of men and women lost, countless gallons of blood spilt, weather by bullet or gun hilt   So when the sun rises this Memorial day, stop and remember in your own way the men and women, and the ultimate price they pay, So that our freedom will stay.
