§ Standing Firm §

There is only one place in the world that feels safe,
even then it is really no place,
It is deep with guild, and even some walls have been built,
but still it finds time to heal,
even takes a soul or two with it's reel

It is that which makes things stand
on solid ground we plan
to take over our futures with our faith
standing firm against all wraith.

Just like the trees that stand to the strong wind
our hearts must stand to all those who will come in
Sound in mind, strong in spirit,
Everyone everywhere needs to hear it.
We as a people stand firm in all we do,
for our future is not up to me an you,
But in the one who makes us new.

For those who can not find,
what seems to be on their mind,
it lies deep with in the heart
and even then, it can tear apart,
Even the most suttle and gentle soul
with all the words, black as coal.

So stand firm in your belief
and make sure to rid your grief
For you are not alone in your worry
others are taking up the stride, and saying "sorry."
