When your in the reply screen, that's the screen that sez "SEND MESSAGE" down there.

 

on the tool bar hit the yellow icon next to the Big A (for text color) If you hover your mouse over it it will say "INSERT PICTURE"

 

Ask for more if you need more.

 

pS_ you can mess with pictures in the "MEMBER TOOLS"  There to your lowest left right over there.
