Hi everyone,

Thanks to a savvy fellow Rp-er (Thanks Illeandra!), I recently caught wind of this.

Apparently, as of 2009, MSN Groups will be closing. They will be migrating to a different site. It's a site called Multiply and it looks like MSN's answer to MySpace, Facebook or Yahoo 360 - in other words, it's a social networking site.

I'm not sure how they plan to integrate the groups aspect into it (everything's being kept top secret for now) but I thought I would let you all know what's coming. Now, supposedly, we'll keep all the content (threads, members, pictures, etc.) that we have now, but I would recommend copying anything that you absolutely want to keep to someplace else, just in case.

My question to all of you members is:

Would you be willing to migrate with the site? Will you make the move with us to this new site, Multiply?

The people we have at Elmshade now are some of the best role-players out there! I would hate to lose any of you. I would also hate to lose any of the storylines we have, as we have a lot of excellent writing here, and lots of folks put in many, many hours of creativity.

I hope you'll all think about it and let me know, either here on the boards or by e-mail. If you decide you'd rather not, I'll understand, but we've had a damned good run for a Role-Playing site, and I don't know about all of you, but I'm proud to belong to such a great group of role-players!

Thanks for reading and Happy Gaming!

~ Corina (a.k.a. Arienne)
