Within a few moments, Kaze reaches a clearing behind the ruined cathedral. There he notices the large gaping hole leading down into the darkness. His tracking skills tell him Raven was here recently, and the large slab of stone that covered the hole had recently slid back along its tracks to reviel a large staircase leading down. He also found many other foot prints around...who he did not recognize.

After a few levels of descending the dusty steps, the stairway opens up into a large room. Decorated with ancient relief on the walls, and ancient script to match... the 50X50 foot room was covered by carvings and writings across every inch available. Along the dusty floor he found more footprints, most of which he didnt recognize... but once again found signs of the white wizards preasence here as well. Opposite the staircase were a set of large golden doors standing wide open. He could see fresh scrape marks arching across the floor where the huge doors swung open to reviel a cool dark passageway beyond. A cold feeling of forboding death crept over him from beyond the golden doors, along with a strong and ancient scent of power radiating from somehwere within. There was no doubt in his mind that Kaze Deatharcher had found the entrance into the depths of the Ruins.

 

     It seems the white wizard has beaten me here....wells i say its time to find my friend. He slowly creeps into the doorway. he walks low, nearly crouching. His elven eyes scanning the dark halway for traps aware of his surroundings (Move silently, Hide in shadows hear noise, and find traps) He creeps along slowly waiting to see what he can see. still trying to follow ravens tracks. Why would raven be down here? or correction, why would he go down the same path. That is hard to think the charces were that easy. If chances were that easy i would be better at cheating with cards....i need to get better at cheating with cards...mind on track here Kaze, I'm in a dangerous area, i don't need to be cought off guard. think clearly.....i wonder is the apples are still ripe on my tree....pay attention damn you....

((Hiels Quest, and my Ruins Adventure... are both two different adventures. Which means two different enterances. The Golden Gates and Ruins HUB leads to MY adventure. If you want to be in Hiels.... then... he can take this over and get you to his section of the ruins.))

 

((the only reasons i was doing this was 1: to kill some time because of Hiels solar problems and 2: Kaze wanted to do some searching in the ruins before he was called to enter the golden gates and seek the wand...knowing your surroundings is a thieves first important thing to surviving a mission.))
