when I'm not drugged out of my mind that is

It's greenlandic beading and they are really tiny. Takes about an hour to make one of the little balls that measure an inch and an afternoon to make the bell that measures two inches.

Not very difficult but you have to be patient.

The balls are for my brother who just moved away from home and have very little chrostmasdecorations, the bell is for my brother and sister in law who lost all of theirs when their house burnt to the ground this summer. Going to make one more since a two inch bell doens't seem much.

This is a star with a cotton ball inside. The star is 2 inches across - made them to put on the christmastree - just never got around to taking a pic of them. My mum almost didn't return them, as they were on the tree at my parents house as we celebrated last christmas there

The bell is once again 16 cm (one inch is 2.54 cm) and is a pond with white flowers
The white flowers are made after the bell in reality is done and then sewn onto the bell
Took a few weeks to make the bell and the flowers took 3 evenings in total.

Next I'm making a small bell for my mother in law and a friend has placed an order for a large bell and a "doily" so my summerproject is in place....

The time.. Well - I've been on sickleave for a year almost now, so if I don't have too much pain I do it.
In february when I tried doing lectures I'd do it in the evening to unwind after a long day of lectures instead of just watching tv.

It's a way for me to keep my brain active with all the counting and a way of not going crazy just being at home - and the bonus is that a lot of people in my family appreciate them as gifts - otherwise I'd have a house full of bells and so on hehe
