ok..so I checked this out a bit more ..I had made a snopes.com search but didn't come up with anything ...so after I posted it I did a bit more research and it's a hoax...amazing what people will do with some puter work..sounds like it was time elapsed and these people do a lot of videos to get you to go to their blogs etc..so it's a hoax but sure had me wondering..haha...anyhoo...just thought I'd let you know Cheri ..your phone is safe..hehe...huggz..Angel

It's actually a commercial one of the phonecompanies are running here.
Weird that they even had the idea of making people think they could make popcorn by cell-phone with all the talk about them being bad for your health.
 
But yes indeed it IS a hoax.
