Hello, Yes, I do believe it is a normal endo symptom. I get this VERY often. One good thing that helps is watch what you eat. Sweets/carbs can bring it on as well as not drinking enough water, and not eating enough fibres. Since I 've been on this new diet which includes eatingseeds and flax everyday, it has been much better for me. At least it sounds like this is what u have....fissures. That is what i had anyhow. It does suck, and it really scared me at first too. I did get a cream of some sort to apply since it is an area that is prone to infection. Hope this helps! Clara |

hey shortie Ermmm I get it sometimes, but more so when i'm actually having my period. I'd suggest that you see/contact your doctor about it and see what they say about it. I hope it doesn't bother you too much, but try not to worry about it. Easier said than done I know from experience, but seriously, stress/worry will just feed the Endo more :o) Hope this kinda helps. Love n hugs Lulu |

It could be several things: - You are not drinking enough water
- Endo on the colon and/or intestines
I still have a little bleeding because of the Endo on my colon and intestines but it is not as bad as it used to be. I can't wait for the Fibrovan to disolve those endometrial plugs but I have to do my part and drink enough water on a daily basis. I would recommend a colonoscopy to rule out anything more serious than the above |

I agree with the girls..it most likely is your endo ...but I agree with Shellie..you should contact your doctor and have them look in the bowel etc (colonoscopy) ..it's just not worth playing around with something like that...better to be safe than sorry...keep us posted..huggz..Angel |
