Just wanted to know that we were thinking of you Steph and we hope that your hyster went well and that it finally gives you some relief..sorry I'm late but I've been having problems getting things posted yet again...I hope this month to get things moved to our new website so things will be easier...Drop in when you can..and PLEASE take it easy ...the one thing that doctors never really told me was to not lift, vaccume, sweep and generally overdo it as I would end up with tons of adhesions if I did...needless to say I have battled adhesions now for years..so please just rest and take care of yourself...Also make sure you are drinking lots of water (warm) and eating fiber as it will help your bowels..another thing I had troubles with after my hyster...walking helped me too when I was feeling better...I started out walking one house away..then two etc...and if it was yucky I just walked up and down my hall...sending you much love and many healing huggz..Angel
