After my hyster the pain is really gone - for the most part.

I'm getting some really terrible cramps and according to my schedule they seem to follow the cycle...

I've spoken to my gp and we agreed I keep a journal over the cramps.

But in the back of my head I also have my gyn telling me to never be without hormones...

Should I accept my gp's proposal and get a referal - she asked if I wanted it but said no initially - but now I'm secondguessing my decision.

Any input on wether it's just my abdomen still adjusting to loosing organs or maybe some microscopic endo left inthere?

Thanks, Mette

Did they take your ovaries too Mette? cuz if they didn't it could be that you are feeling ovulation..I use to feel it when I first had my hyster and it would knock me off my feet sometimes...so would be great if you kept track of it..and see what happens...huggz..Angel

I'm keeping a schedule where I write down dates and strength of the cramps.
Only they are in the middle as before and not in the left side - I only have the left ovary - they took the right one out.
