Sorry it's taken me this long to let you all know that I have arrived safely in Australia.
My flight into Sydney was a little late, but it was all good. Though the food was worse than the Heathrow-Hong Kong flight...that I didn't think could be possible!! LOL!
Once I got through customs and immigration, collected my baggage, and went through arrivals (though I felt yucky and manky after being on a flight and not being able to "refresh"!). Tim was waiting for me......and we got on a train to where his dad picked us up as his car broke down on the way down to Sydney on Weds. Then we popped back to his grandparents where they had stayed and we left for the trip upto Grafton.
I slept a few hours in the car on the way up and when we got to the house, watched a movie....though I was falling asleep, but managed to fight it and watch til the end of the movie. Then I crashed.....and I mean I crashed. I had a good sleep and now am set to go....
It's great not suffering Jet Lag....that's ONE awesome thing about working the shifts I do!!!!! Woot woot!!!
I'm having a blast so far and I SO don't wanna leave.....hmmm....
Ohhh and it's absolutely lush weather....clear blue skies, sun shining and ......... it's WARM!!!!! woot woot!!!!!!
Anyways better go.
