Lesley ...here's a new mailbox for you..your's looked pretty full...just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers..I posted to you in the April Roll call...I know the endo monster can really catch you sometimes..know we are all here for you ..no matter what..and we know how it gets to you..so vent away anytime my friend..I'll try and catch you maybe tomorrow online..
one day at a time my friend..don't overwhelm yourself with the tomorrows..you can only deal with today...stress does so many horrible things to our bodies and minds...take a deep breath..take and make a note to do something for yourself every day..and that doesn't mean work..read a book for an hour..or have a nice warm bath with bubbles..can't forget the bubbles...eat out at one of your fav restaurants...take a walk in the park..allow yourself some time to get away from it all..let your mind rest...keep in touch..know you are in my thoughts ...huggz..Angel
